- Returns must be authorized within 30 days of receipt. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returns. We will credit products that are undamaged and resellable. Custom or imprinted orders are not returnable.
- Custom orders: ½ deposit and balance upon completion. There will be a design and prototype charge. This charge will vary according to the product requested.
- No backorders will be shipped below $25.00.
